Salesforce Product Owner 80,000 + Benefits London (Hybrid) Exclusive Opportunity with a Leading Professional Services Firm
We are working in close partnership with a highly respected professional services firm to identify an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Product Owner. This is a pivotal role within a small, agile team, offering the chance to take full ownership of Salesforce operations and drive meaningful business impact.
This is a day-to-day operational role, not tied to a specific project. You will be responsible for ensuring Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, is functioning optimally, supporting users, and evolving in line with business needs. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential, as is confidence in navigating both the front and back end of the platform.
We are looking for someone with several years of Salesforce experience, ideally with exposure to Service Cloud and core CRM functionality. Salesforce Admin certification would be beneficial.
The role is likely to be hybrid, with some office presence required to engage with users and stakeholders. While the exact frequency is to be confirmed, we anticipate one to two days per week in the office.
