I’m hiring a Vlocity Tech Lead for a people-first consultancy that’s delivering genuinely impactful digital transformation projects across telecoms, media, and energy.
This team is scaling fast and looking for someone who can bring deep Vlocity/Salesforce expertise to help architect and lead complex implementations. You’ll be joining a collaborative, cross-functional squad working on large-scale platforms that power everything from customer onboarding to product configuration and service management.
You’ll be hands-on with Vlocity components like OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and CPQ. You’ll also play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and ensuring best practices across the board. There’s loads of opportunity to get stuck into solution design, integrations, and performance tuning.
The stack is Salesforce, Vlocity (Industries Cloud), OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and CI/CD tooling. We’re after someone who’s confident leading from the front, technically sharp, and excited to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
In return, you’ll get a £100k salary + bonus, remote working (UK-based), private medical, and the chance to work on genuinely meaningful projects with a great bunch of people.
