I am currently looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join a leading client of ours on a 6 month contract. This has been determined inside IR35 and will require you to go onsite at least once per week in Swindon (we could consider twice per fortnight etc).
You will be leading a team of 4, owning the quality assurance process, alignment, progression etc.
Skills & experience needed:
- Extensive leadership experience whilst maintaining hands-on QA skills
- Java, Cucumber, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS
- Self-sufficient, proactive
- Strong stakeholder management skills
For this position, we are able to wait up to 2 weeks for the right candidate. All rates from suitable candidates will be considered.
