Are you excited about Kubernetes migrations? Do you believe in automation with Terraform? A new SRE opportunity is available with a global SaaS in Workforce Management Systems offering up to £100k for an engineer with AWS, EC2 (with future migration to K8s), and Terraform experience to help scale the Platform.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Kubernetes migrations and drive automation using Terraform to manage infrastructure as code.
- Support uptime objectives and scale the platform as the organization migrates from EC2-based workloads to Kubernetes.
- Manage data workflows and operations, including PostgreSQL on AWS RDS, and optimize deployment and provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overhaul manual lifting with IaC and improve reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with AWS, EC2, and Kubernetes (K8s), including migration planning and execution.
- Proficiency with Terraform and IaC practices.
- Site Reliability Engineering mindset with focus on automation, reliability, and scalability.
- Willingness to work on-site in central London (5 days a week).
- Experience managing data workflows on PostgreSQL (RDS) within AWS is a plus.
