There’s something powerful about building software that people rely on every single day, not for entertainment, not for convenience, but for their health. I’m working with a long‑standing tech company that sits right at the heart of modern online healthcare. They build and manage the systems that help patients access treatment, pharmacies process prescriptions, and clinicians deliver care without friction.
They’re looking for a full stack React/Go developer who enjoys the craft of building reliable, thoughtful FE & BE systems, but who’s also comfortable wandering into new tech as and when needed. Their world is a mix of Golang and Java with Spring, TypeScript and React on FE, MySQL, cloud infrastructure, containers etc. If you are strong on frontend or full stack React / Golang, this would be perfect for you.
Day to day, you’d be shaping and improving the platforms that keep healthcare services running smoothly. Some days that mean diving into legacy code and making it better; other days it’s designing something new alongside a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly. They work in an Agile rhythm, collaborate closely with clients, and treat engineering as a long‑term craft rather than a sprint to the next release.
If you’d like a role that blends technical challenge with real‑world impact, this one is worth a conversation.
Salary can range between £45k - £65k, plus biannual bonus, profit sharing scheme, and fully remote.
