Looking for your first proper ownership role in product?

We're hiring a Product Manager to join an early-stage fintech/insurtech business and take ownership of a major new customer product launch, the product roadmap, and the way product gets done across the company.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your time updating Jira tickets.

You'll be:

• Owning a high-impact customer-facing product from concept to launch
• Speaking directly with customers, partners and founders
• Deciding what gets built and why
• Running experiments and using data to drive decisions
• Helping shape the product function from the ground up

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2 to 5 years in Product Management
• Thrives in ambiguity
• Loves speaking to users and solving real problems
• Can influence without authority
• Thinks like an owner, not a passenger
