Opus have partnered with a renowned ServiceNow partner across the UK & EU who are the go to for all GRC & Sec-Ops implementations and are looking to expand organically following a series of implementation success! They support medium-enterprise clients in the Public Sector, financial services & insurance industries where they are set to hit the ground running in January with a strong stream of projects for repeat & new clients!
This position is aligned to someone who is driven by customer success, ensuring projects are tailored to the customers' needs and delivered with excellence. You will be the face of the business, gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders and understanding the full scope before handling all aspects of the development and configuration on each project.

- 3+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
- Strong understanding of Sec-Ops/IRM/GRC module implementations
- ITIL methodologies
- Competent with all aspects of development, design and build through projects
- Well versed with Java, HTML, CSS, Python
- ServiceNow certified CSA & CAD is highly desirable
