Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Management Consultant to support the delivery and enhancement of vulnerability management capabilities within an enterprise environment. You'll work across ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, with a focus on Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM), working closely with security stakeholders, technical teams and wider platform specialists. Responsibilities Deliver and enhance ServiceNow vulnerability management capabilities. Configure and optimise ServiceNow USEM and Vulnerability Response. Support vulnerability remediation workflows, risk scoring, assignment rules and exception management. Support integrations with security and vulnerability management tooling. Work with security and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.Essential Experience Strong hands-on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response / Vulnerability Management experience. ServiceNow Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM) experience. Experience configuring vulnerability and remediation workflows within ServiceNow. Strong ServiceNow platform configuration and integration experience.
