We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant to support the design, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow risk and compliance solutions. The consultant will have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow IRM/GRC, with exposure to AI Control Tower, AI Governance or AI Risk & Compliance highly desirable.
The role will involve working with business, risk, compliance and technical stakeholders to implement scalable ServiceNow solutions and support the organisation's wider AI governance capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow IRM / GRC solutions.
- Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit and Third-Party Risk capabilities.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules and Client Scripts.
- Support risk assessments, controls and compliance processes.
- Support AI Control Tower / AI Governance implementation.
- Configure AI risk, compliance, governance and lifecycle processes.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrable IRM / GRC implementation experience.
- Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit and/or Third-Party Risk experience.
- Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.
- Flow Designer, Business Rules and Client Scripts.
