Opus have partnered with an exciting retail end user who are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Technical Consultant to take ownership of their current ITSM & CSM platform. Following a successful go live, they are looking to build out their internal centre of excellence with an experienced specialist with proven hands-on experience in development, configuration & 3rd party integration on the ServiceNow platform.
You will lead the platform design & regular updates, liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices are in place as well as supporting the drive of the strategic roadmap for further adoption & growth of the platform.
