We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM solutions to help organizations manage risk, compliance, and governance effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations to support IRM processes.
- Provide guidance on best practices for risk and compliance management within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM capabilities to ensure optimal platform utilization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with specialization in IRM modules.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance) highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes.
