Role Overview:
We’re seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support the design and optimisation of workflows across key modules including ITSM, HRSD, and GRC. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to map current processes, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate process designs into platform configurations.
- Drive process improvements and automation across IT and business functions.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Support UAT and change management activities.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant within ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, IRM.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
