I\’m looking for a ServiceNow Architect with deep ITSM expertise to shape transformative service experiences for global clients. My client is one of the UK’s most respected ServiceNow partners—where innovation meets impact.
As a senior member of their architecture practice, you’ll lead end-to-end ITSM solution design, ensuring optimal platform performance, user experience, and long-term scalability. You’ll act as a thought leader across internal teams and client landscapes, helping top-tier enterprises elevate their service delivery with future-proof ServiceNow frameworks.
You will:
- Architect robust ITSM solutions using ServiceNow’s latest platform capabilities
- Translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable technical designs
- Lead technical workshops with C-level stakeholders and delivery teams
- Guide developers and consultants through delivery best practices and performance optimization
- Own architectural governance and review, ensuring alignment with platform and partner standards
- Identify opportunities to extend ITSM into ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications
You must have:
- Proven success as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Expert-level experience in ITSM suite: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB
- Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Experience working with large enterprise clients in regulated environments
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Implementation Specialist (ITSM), System Administrator
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
