Role Overview

Service Desk Team Lead for a Microsoft Gold Partner MSP working in the healthcare and education sectors.

Lead a team of 10 second‑line engineers located in Bristol and Glasgow.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of escalation for the team and communicate with third‑party customers.
  • Manage Azure migrations, server upgrades and other projects across the Microsoft Stack.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with experience in Windows Server, Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Previous support role experience, ideally 2nd line or higher.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
