They are currently seeking a talented Senior Java/Scala Developer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. As a Senior Java/Scala Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust applications. This role requires expertise in Java, Scala, AWS, and Spring, along with a strong foundation in software engineering principles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Scala. Implement scalable solutions on AWS cloud platform, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB. Utilize the Spring Framework to build and manage application components, including dependency injection, data access, and transaction management. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability of applications. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in Java and Scala programming languages. Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Security. Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
