Opus have partnered with an large Public Sector vendor who are looking to expand their ServiceNow Centre of Excellence with an experienced technical consultant who is well adept with both development & communication skills. They have an enterprise platform of ITSM & CSM with GRC & Sec-Ops modules recently implemented by a 3rd party consultancy. They have a current internal team of 5 ServiceNow Administrators, BA’s & Developers headed up by a Senior SNOW Manager who you will work closely with. This position is pivotal for the upkeep & enhancement of the platform. You will be hands on with all aspects of development, design, build & deployment on the platform itself, manage new releases & updates as well liaising with internal stakeholders.
