Team Model: Multidisciplinary, hybrid-delivery team with a delivery lead and technical SMEs/estimators supporting the PM.Experience ideally UK government / health complex, multi-system environments. Experience managing technical transformation and modernisation work (e.g. retiring legacy stacks, upgrading Java/Spring Boot, large-scale tech refresh). Exposure to DevOps environments: Doesn t have to be hands-on engineer, but should understand DevOps-focused delivery, tooling, and ways of working. Strong project management track record: Planning and running delivery for complex technical programmes. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders. Working closely with a delivery lead and technical SMEs rather than being the sole lead. Baseline: BPSS is acceptable, especially for non-production work. Preferred: SC clearance
