I’m supporting a respected national charity as they recruit a Salesforce Project Manager to lead a major Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementation. This is a pivotal digital transformation project that will modernise supporter engagement and overhaul how personalised journeys and communications are delivered across the organisation.
You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from planning and sprint coordination through to delivery, testing, adoption and handover into BAU. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as managing an experienced external Salesforce partner, ensuring timelines, risks and dependencies are clearly understood and proactively handled. Strong governance, documentation and communication will be key, as will your ability to bring structure and clarity to a fast‑moving environment.
The charity is looking for someone with a solid track record delivering complex CRM or digital technology projects, ideally with Salesforce experience and confidence navigating Marketing Cloud implementations. Excellent communication, influencing skills and a calm, solution‑focused approach are essential, along with the ability to keep diverse teams aligned and motivated.
Offering hybrid working (two days a week onsite), a supportive and purpose‑led culture, and the chance to lead a flagship programme that will have a lasting impact, this role would suit someone who wants to apply their project delivery expertise in a mission‑driven setting. Salary up to £47k.
