Are you a Salesforce Product Manager with a passion for digital journeys and a knack for turning data into action?
I\’m currently looking for a Product Manager for a leading UK charity that\’s transforming how supporters connect with their cause.
This is more than just a product role – it\’s your chance to shape the supporter experience across CRM, web, and email platforms, while working at the heart of a mission-driven organisation making a real difference.
As Product Manager here, you’ll be the go-to expert for supporter-focused product development. You’ll work across teams to optimise digital journeys, enhance Salesforce functionality, and deliver seamless, data-driven experiences that fuel fundraising success.
You’ll split your time between CRM systems (Salesforce) and digital touchpoints (website, email, automation), collaborating with stakeholders across fundraising, digital, and tech. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will directly impact how supporters engage—and stay engaged.
The Day-to-Day
- Drive the execution of the CRM strategy, with a focus on fundraising and supporter journeys
- Design and optimise end-to-end digital experiences across CRM, web, and email
- Collaborate in Agile teams to refine backlogs, write user stories, and deliver impactful features
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and digital platforms
- Use data insights to continuously improve supporter engagement and conversion
What you\’ll bring
- Proven experience in CRM product management, business analysis, or system administration
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong grasp of digital user journeys and conversion optimisation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication skills—able to bridge the gap between tech and non-tech teams
Bonus if you’ve worked in the non-profit space or have experience with fundraising operations.
