Salesforce Product Manager | London (3 days remote) | £40,000 – £45,000

Are you a Salesforce Product Manager with a passion for digital journeys and a knack for turning data into action?

I\’m currently looking for a Product Manager for a leading UK charity that\’s transforming how supporters connect with their cause.

This is more than just a product role – it\’s your chance to shape the supporter experience across CRM, web, and email platforms, while working at the heart of a mission-driven organisation making a real difference.

As Product Manager here, you’ll be the go-to expert for supporter-focused product development. You’ll work across teams to optimise digital journeys, enhance Salesforce functionality, and deliver seamless, data-driven experiences that fuel fundraising success.

You’ll split your time between CRM systems (Salesforce) and digital touchpoints (website, email, automation), collaborating with stakeholders across fundraising, digital, and tech. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will directly impact how supporters engage—and stay engaged.

The Day-to-Day

  • Drive the execution of the CRM strategy, with a focus on fundraising and supporter journeys
  • Design and optimise end-to-end digital experiences across CRM, web, and email
  • Collaborate in Agile teams to refine backlogs, write user stories, and deliver impactful features
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and digital platforms
  • Use data insights to continuously improve supporter engagement and conversion

What you\’ll bring

  • Proven experience in CRM product management, business analysis, or system administration
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong grasp of digital user journeys and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication skills—able to bridge the gap between tech and non-tech teams

Bonus if you’ve worked in the non-profit space or have experience with fundraising operations.

Offering up to £45k + over 40 days annual leave, 6% pension, healthcare, hybrid working, and more.
