What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the solution design across Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Personalisation)
- Driving best practice across campaign builds, data architecture, and scalable customer journeys
- Working closely with clients during discovery to define their marketing automation roadmap
- Overseeing integrations with core Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Data Cloud) and third-party tools
