Are you an experienced Marketing Automation specialist with Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise? Do you want to join a global Wealth & Investments group, driving high‑impact digital engagement across a rapidly evolving organisation? Our client is looking to hire an ambitious Marketing Automation Manager with strong strategic capability in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate digital strategy into effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • The role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey design, workflow automation, data-driven targeting and responsive email development.
  • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing long-term capability building with day-to-day delivery that supports business growth.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience executing automated CRM campaigns in SFMC across email, journeys, segmentation and analytics.
  • Experience clearly communicating complex platform capabilities to cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Data Cloud, Google Analytics, HTML/CSS and AMPscript is advantageous.

Benefits & Remuneration

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus an exceptional benefits package including 40 days annual leave, a 16% pension, private healthcare, a performance-based bonus.
