About the Group
Backed by private equity, this group has been on an acquisition spree, currently 15+ companies and counting, with plans to acquire 2–4 more each year. They’re investing heavily in technology to unify operations and deliver exceptional service. Salesforce is at the heart of this transformation, with multiple businesses moving onto the platform, including FSL for field operations.
You’ll be the go-to expert for FSL architecture and design, guiding best practices and ensuring successful implementations across the group. With one company already live on Salesforce and another adopting FSL, there’s huge potential for impact as more businesses migrate from legacy systems like Sympro.

- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
This isn’t just a one-off project as there’s a pipeline of work for the next 12–18 months as the group continues to grow. If you want to make a real impact and own the FSL strategy for a dynamic, expanding organisation, this is the role for you.
