Are you a Salesforce Admin who’s bored of just picking up tickets and wants real ownership of a platform? I’m working with a really interesting, premium global business that’s continuing to invest in its Salesforce platform and needs a solid mid-level Admin to come in and add real value. This isn’t a role where you’ll just be picking up tickets all day. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative tech team, working closely with stakeholders across the business and getting involved in both BAU and genuinely impactful platform improvements.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the core admin piece but there’s a big focus on improving and evolving the system. They’re looking for someone who’s confident building and optimising Flows, comfortable speaking to stakeholders, and able to take ownership of solutions rather than just escalating issues. You’ll also get involved in releases, testing, reporting, and supporting broader platform changes, as well as acting as a sounding board for a more junior team member.

We're looking for someone with around 3–4 years’ Salesforce Admin experience who’s already worked across Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and is confident in a hands-on environment. ADM201 is a must, and you’ll need to be someone who’s proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams. Any exposure to Experience Cloud, integrations, SOQL or light dev is a nice bonus, but not essential.

The business itself has a really strong reputation and a high-quality feel to it, which reflects in how they approach both their clients and their internal systems. The team is low ego, collaborative, and gives people the space to take ownership of what they’re doing so it’s a good move if you’re at that stage where you want more influence over how Salesforce is actually used, rather than just maintaining it.

They’re London-based with a hybrid model (three days onsite), offering a salary around the £50k mark plus benefits. Sound interesting? Please click APPLY or get in touch at kim.ocallaghan@opusrs.com
