We're working with a specialist consultancy looking for a Project Manager who genuinely owns delivery, not just tracks it. You'll be leading CRM and digital transformation projects end-to-end: accountable for timelines, budget, quality, and client outcomes. This role is as much about guiding clients and shaping delivery as it is about managing it, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and driving best practice.

Projects vary from short engagements to larger implementations, so you'll need to be comfortable managing complexity, adapting your approach, and keeping everything aligned across both internal teams and client stakeholders. You'll be the central point of control managing expectations from kickoff through to delivery, identifying risks early, keeping stakeholders informed, and making sure there are no surprises. If things drift, you take ownership and bring them back on track.

They're looking for someone with experience in client-facing delivery, ideally within CRM, SaaS, or digital environments, who is confident managing stakeholders, leading teams, and owning the commercial side of delivery. It's a strong opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, client exposure, and the ability to influence how projects are delivered, not just execute them.

Offering circa £60k-£70k dependent on experience.
