I've partnered with a leading UK charity to recruit a Salesforce Product Manager dedicated to transforming digital supporter experiences. You’d be joining a team at the forefront of a vital mission, working tirelessly to challenge societal norms, provide life-saving services, and foster a culture where everyone feels empowered to seek help.

This organisation offers free, confidential support services and runs impactful campaigns that raise awareness, break down stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Driven by a passionate team committed to making a real difference, they use cultural touchpoints to reach diverse audiences and promote positive behavioural change. Joining them means becoming part of a movement that is saving lives and creating a more supportive society.

We’re looking for a skilled and analytical Salesforce Product Manager to lead improvements across digital supporter journeys, with a focus on Salesforce/CRM systems and digital engagement. You’ll work closely with the Senior CRM Team Manager, Salesforce admins, and fundraising teams to optimise data, integrations, and supporter experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of the CRM strategy for fundraising and supporter engagement
  • Design and optimise end-to-end supporter journeys across CRM, website, and email
  • Develop technical specifications and user stories for CRM and digital enhancements
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement
  • Act as a bridge between technical systems and supporter-facing experiences

This is a hands-on role, split between CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and broader digital products like websites and marketing automation. Offering up to £45k + hybrid working in London (3 days remote) + unlimited annual leave + every 2nd Friday off + 6% pension and more.
