I am working with an Online Marketplace (C2C) who are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join their team! I have worked with this company for a number of years and placed some great people with them. They are ideally looking for a UX leaning UX/UI Designer who has experience leading the end to end design process. This will include working on lots of User Centric Design and collaborating with a Product Manager + UI Engineers. YOU WILL BE THE SOLE DESIGNER so must of worked independently on end to end design projects ideally within ecommerce They have a team of 6 remote Engineers and have a built a very unique marketplace for their customers. This role is important as it will see you take ownership of all things Product Design (UX/ UI/ Wireframing/ Prototyping/ User Testing/ User Research etc) and really help glue everything together. This will ensure their customers continue have the best experience whilst using their platform. With this in mind, its important that you are strong enough to be the sole Designer but to collaborate with a tight knit team of Engineers & key stakeholders. You will get a chance to really drive chance and own the design of the product. Being passionate about design and creating unique experiences for their customers is very important! Key requirements: MUST HAVES: UX Design experience (60% of the role) UI Design experience (40% of the role) Experience working on ecommerce web journeys – Over web pages primarily! C2C a huge plus Wireframing/ Storyboards/ Prototyping/ User Research/ User Journeys Google Analytics Figma/ Sketch/ Invision Ability to communicate and work alongside stakeholders Ability to work with UI Team – UI Design Systems etc Nice to have Product Design mindset C2C experience is a plus!
