I am looking for a Principal Technical Architect to join my clients fast-growing company, delivering cutting-edge AI products and services. As a Lead/Principal Architect, you’ll have real influence over what we build, how we build it, and how our team grows, while staying hands-on and close to the tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Strategy: Define and evolve architecture across platforms; make key decisions on tooling, infrastructure, and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, shape team structure, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Hands-On Delivery: Stay involved in coding, reviews, and prototyping; champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure as code.
  • Client Engagement: Lead technical discovery and delivery for client projects; ensure successful integration of our tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and leadership to align tech with business goals; support sales and customer success.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in software engineering and architecture.
  • Strong experience with Azure, Python and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Proven leadership in scaling modern systems and teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
