Business Change Lead / Manager £520 per/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid 3 days per week in Exeter | 6 Months
We're seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to support a major IT and business transformation programme.
You'll be responsible for driving adoption, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business change activities across technology and process transformation initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and define mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver business readiness, communications, and engagement plans.
- Manage stakeholder relationships up to Executive level.
- Support organisational design, operating model, and process changes.
- Drive user adoption and ensure successful transition into BAU.
- Define and track change success measures and benefits realisation.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and leadership engagement sessions.
- Identify and manage change risks, issues, and dependencies.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading business change within large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci or APMG.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and engagement skills.
