Are you a Performance Tester who wants autonomy? Want to have an influence on a whole QA Department? I am supporting a brilliant Saas company that harness technology for the healthcare sector. One of their flagship products are the fastest growing in the UK of its kind and as a result are looking to grow their QA team by adding a Performance QA to the team.
You will be the first Performance QA Engineer within the team so you will be responsible for collaborating with different departments to design and execute the Performance strategy. Also, on top of this chip in with functional testing where needed. This role is going to be around 70% hands on testing with 30% strategy and planning so you get a good mix of both aspects of the role.
Experience needed:
- Solid performance testing experience with Jmeter or similar (LoadRunner, K6)
- Experience testing Linux based systems
- Test strategy
Due to the complexity of this company's Software/Systems the majority of the testing will be Manual, if you are more suited to Automation this may not be the role for you.
