- Understand user needs and define measures to assess whether services are meeting those needs.
- Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary service teams, using analysis and insight to support continuous service improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and reporting to effectively measure and communicate service performance.
