We’re recruiting a strategic, Programme Test & QA Lead to embed quality early and coordinate testing across a complex, multi‑project programme. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping test approach, managing cross‑project dependencies, identifying risks early, and coordinating testing activities across internal teams, delivery partners, and the business. This 6-month initial contract is determined as Outside IR35, offers a daily rate between £400 and £500 per day and requires 3 days onsite in Nottingham as a non-negotiable.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as Test Lead / QA Lead on large, multi‑project programmes
- Expertise in defining test strategy and coordinating cross‑system testing
- Ability to assure requirements, acceptance criteria, and readiness checkpoints
- Skilled in planning environments, data, and tooling for delivery dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and early risk identification skills
- Experience with end‑to‑end, integration, regression, and UAT testing
