The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting end‑to‑end Business Central projects — from discovery and design through to go‑live and beyond. You’ll help clients optimise their processes, embrace new capabilities (including AI‑driven tools), and get the very best from their investment in the Microsoft ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading or supporting full‑cycle Business Central implementations
- Running discovery workshops and mapping business processes
- Working with technical teams on integrations, extensions, or enhancements
- Providing post‑go‑live support and contributing to continuous improvements
- Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft developments, including AI‑focused features
Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good understanding of core business processes (finance, supply chain, operations, etc.)
- Experience of BC Pre‑sales
- Ability to work confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Exposure to the wider Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse) is a plus
