Are you passionate about growing the next generation of technologists? Or maybe you want to help people from different backgrounds get into the technology industry? I am currently supporting one of our brands Nology in their search for a Software Trainer. Nology are a hire train and deploy agency that take people from all different backgrounds and provide them a way to get into the tech industry.
They are a people first organisation who are looking to help companies create a balanced diverse workforce through bridging the skills gap. You will be responsible for leading the delivery, quality and continuous improvement of Nology's technical and future skills programmes. The role combines curriculum leadership, coach development, learner success, consultant readiness, client engagement and operational oversight to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners, clients and the business.
They’re looking for someone who has significant experience in technical training, coaching or learning delivery, a strong foundation in Software Engineering, data, cloud or similar. If you have come from a consulting, code training or early careers background this will be a bonus.
