Overview
As the Workday Product Manager / Platform Lead, you will own the enterprise Workday environment and shape its future roadmap. You will partner with HR, Finance and Technology leaders to maximise value from Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials while driving governance and adoption. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of business transformation and platform strategy, offering influence over ongoing optimisation and expansions. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver a mature, scalable Workday platform that supports growth.

Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Workday roadmap and platform strategy
- Lead platform optimisation, continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements
- Drive value from Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials and related applications
- Manage demand, prioritisation and platform governance
- Lead engagement with implementation and support partners
- Support the rollout of additional Workday modules and capabilities
- Champion user adoption, process improvement and best practice
Key requirements
- Strong client-side Workday experience within a live production/BAU environment
- Experience owning or managing a Workday platform, product or functional area
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability
- Proven experience defining roadmaps and driving platform improvements
- Excellent understanding of Workday operating models and governance
