I am searching for a Frontend focused candidate who will join my client as their first Rails Frontend Developer. They are open to seeing candidates who have Rails FE experience (Hotwire/ Stimulus / Turbo) or Frontend Engineers who are familiar with Ruby on Rails.
About my client: My client is a fast moving company in the Healthtech, dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for their customers. They have a great leadership and engineering team currently, and I am confident they will continue to do very well!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on frontend development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rails (experience with Rails 7/8 is a bonus), Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus.
- UX Skills: A strong eye for user experience and design.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
