With a significant wave of new projects underway, they’re expanding their consulting team and are now looking for a Junior Technical Business Analyst who’s technical, curious, and excited by the idea of developing deep expertise in a niche platform.
You'll be brought in to work on projects using a specialist CRM platform but the beauty is you don’t need prior experience with the product. Full training is provided. - Working with relational databases and CRM-style data structures
- Collaborating with a supportive technical team on new implementations and ongoing enhancements
- Training clients on their systems and providing post‑go‑live support
- Managing your workload across multiple projects in a fast‑paced consultancy environment
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of databases and relational data
- Experience with CRM Systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
- Skills across SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar
- The confidence to engage with clients, ask the right questions, explain concepts clearly and guide users
