We are partnering with a growing, internationally active business looking to appoint a Group Financial Systems Manager to take ownership of its financial systems landscape, with a particular focus on Microsoft Business Central.

The Opportunity

You will take a lead role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and support of Microsoft Business Central across an international footprint. From post-implementation ownership to continuous improvement, you’ll ensure the system delivers value and supports scalable growth. This role also plays a key part in driving reporting capability through Power BI, improving financial insights and decision‑making across the business.

  • Own and manage the Microsoft Business Central environment post‑implementation
  • Support ongoing development, configuration, and optimisation of the platform
  • Partner with finance and non‑finance stakeholders globally to deliver system improvements
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting
  • Support system integrations and data integrity across platforms
  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central, including early‑stage development or rollout environments
