As a Blue Team Engineer, you’ll play a key role in defending client environments, strengthening security posture, and responding to real world threats. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyse, and respond to security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and other detection platforms
  • Support incident response activities, including triage, investigation, and remediation
  • Assist in threat hunting and proactive detection initiatives
  • Contribute to vulnerability management and security hardening efforts
  • Maintain and improve security tooling, dashboards, and detection rules
  • Produce clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance detection capabilities and blue team processes
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–2 years’ experience in cyber security, SOC, blue team, or related technical role
  • MUST have a strong academic background, A*, 1:1's, etc
  • Understanding of common attack techniques (MITRE ATT&CK, malware behaviour, phishing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SIEM/EDR tools (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Defender)
  • Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and security fundamentals
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a desire to learn fast
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
