I'm working with an exciting digital platform who are looking for a Creative Project Manager / Studio Manager to take full ownership of their creative studio operations.
The Role
You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of international marketing campaigns, acting as the link between marketing, creative, and external partners. This role is all about owning studio performance, maximising the use of tools like Braze and Figma, and driving smarter, more efficient ways of working with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full creative production lifecycle from briefing to delivery
- Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and campaign schedules
- Coordinate agencies and freelancers (resourcing, production, approvals, invoicing)
- Lead studio operations and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee approvals, QA, and brand consistency across all outputs
- Manage asset trafficking and delivery across platforms
Experience Needed
- Background as a Creative PM, Studio Manager, Traffic Manager, or Creative Operations Lead
- Experience managing or mentoring PMs
- Strong knowledge of creative production and campaign delivery
- Familiar with Figma, Braze, and ideally Monday.com / Ziflow / Workfront
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proactive, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement
