Lead Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central/CRM)
Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365? We\’re seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join a dynamic application delivery team, driving innovation and excellence across the Microsoft ecosystem.
About the Role:
This is a senior-level opportunity to lead development teams and the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service), the Power Platform, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
You’ll be the architectural authority, shaping scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions for a diverse client base whilst leading, managing and overseeing teams of developers specifically in Business Central and Dynamics 365 CE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define solution architecture across Dynamics 365 and key ISVs (e.g., Continia, Yavrio, Jet Reports).
- Design integrated solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel) and Azure (identity, data, integration services).
- Lead workshops, document business processes, and produce detailed design specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants and developers.
- Support presales activities including solution roadmaps and client demos.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing digital transformation strategies.
- Oversee quality assurance, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft release cycles and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central AND/OR CE) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, direct and manage teams and guide clients through complex solution landscapes.
