Lead Solution Architect – Fully Remote (UK) – £90,000 (DOE)

Are you passionate about designing enterprise-grade solutions that transform businesses? We’re looking for a Lead Solution Architect to join a growing Microsoft partner and take ownership of solution architecture across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

About the Role

As Lead Solution Architect, you’ll define and deliver end-to-end solutions across:

• Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Integrations with Microsoft 365 and Azure services

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture across Dynamics 365 and key ISVs (e.g., Continia, Jet Reports).
• Design scalable, best-practice solutions integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Lead client workshops, define requirements, and produce solution blueprints.
• Support presales activities, shaping proposals and delivering demos.
• Provide leadership and guidance to consultants and developers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects and mentor technical teams.
