They are known for their focus on innovation, with a strong emphasis on research and development, constantly improving their existing technology and developing new solutions. Additionally, they have developed deep and unrivaled expertise in dealing with challenges faced by industries in critical environments.
Having developed a strong culture among their Salesforce Developers, they are now looking for a Lead to take on a more "people-focused" role and lead from the front! As a Salesforce Development Lead, you will be working with a mix of Salesforce technologies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity, Omnistudio, Apex, LWC, and CI/CD, to name a few technologies.
As a Lead Developer, you will head up the Salesforce team to build cutting-edge solutions. You’ll combine your technical skills with leadership abilities to guide development, ensure top-notch code, and foster a high-performing team. Please note, we need proven experience across the mentoring, management and people side to be eligible for this role.
The successful Lead Salesforce Developer can be looking between ÂŁ80,000 - ÂŁ90,000, remote bonus, healthcare, and quick two-stage interview process.
