The Role
We’re seeking a D365 F&O Environmental Services Analyst to play a key role in how my client's organisation manages environmental, sustainability, and compliance data across Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine functional D365 expertise, system administration, and environmental data analysis to support a growing sustainability agenda. You’ll have real ownership of the D365 environments and work closely with operational, sustainability, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support environmental and sustainability-related processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Manage D365 security and environment management, including business roles and security profiles.
- Act as functional SME for D365 LCS, release management, and Azure DevOps.
- Support ERP implementations, migrations, and environment transformations.
- Analyse environmental services data and produce meaningful insights and reporting (Power BI).
- Work with stakeholders to translate business and ESG requirements into system solutions.
- Support UAT, deployments, documentation, and user training.
Essential:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / SCM) in an end-user or internal role.
- SYSADMIN-level experience including security design, role governance, and environment management.
- Working knowledge of D365 LCS, Release Management, and Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.
Desirable:
- Experience with Power BI or D365 Sustainability Manager.
