Are you an experienced JavaScript Developer with a passion for building solutions that power the utilities sector? One of my clients is hiring on a contract basis to help deliver technology that keeps the UK’s essential services running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications for utility clients
- Work with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.)
- Integrate with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Data)
- Contribute to best practices and technical decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, or similar frameworks
- Experience in the utilities sector is a plus
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and cloud environments
- Agile team experience and excellent communication skills
Contract Details:
- Fully remote (UK-based)
- Day rate: Competitive
- Role outside IR35
- Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
