I’m partnering with a well‑established, product‑led technology company that builds mission‑critical platforms used by large organisations operating in highly regulated markets across the UK, North America and South America. They’ve grown their Salesforce capability largely from within and are now looking to bring in a strong, experienced Salesforce Developer who’s seen a variety of orgs and approaches elsewhere, and can help raise technical standards, introduce best practices and mentor the wider team.
The team & culture
- Small, close‑knit Salesforce team with long‑tenured engineers
- Collaborative, low‑ego, “family‑feel” environment
- Strong focus on learning, mentorship and continuous improvement
- Social, inclusive culture without corporate heaviness
You’ll be working on a core, revenue‑generating Salesforce platform that supports enterprise clients in regulated industries, where reliability, data quality and performance genuinely matter. The platform has scaled significantly over the last few years, with more growth planned.
This role goes beyond writing Apex. You’ll contribute to solution design, architecture decisions and long‑term platform evolution, working closely with engineering and the wider business.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, integrations)
- Exposure to different orgs, teams or environments (start‑ups welcome!)
- Interest in mentoring and raising engineering standards
- A holistic mindset: not just how, but why
If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely influence a mature Salesforce platform and help shape how things are built moving forward, this is well worth a conversation.
Salary up to £85k + bonus, strong benefits, three‑stage interview process.
Please note, sponsorship is not available for this role.
