We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our NFP client on a part time 2 days per week basis. This role is a 3-month contract, is determined as Outside IR35 paying circa £175 per day and can be completed on a fully remote basis.

Key Requirements

  • Administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data and system integrity
  • Manage Experience Cloud Sites, user accounts, and automate processes with Flow
  • Champion Salesforce data practices, maintaining integrity using Data Loader tools
  • Oversee Salesforce contracts, licensing, subscriptions, and provide support
  • Deliver colleague training on processes, Trailhead use, and effective Salesforce reporting
  • Non-Profit Success Pack or previous experience with Non-Profit clients is highly desirable
