I’m working with a market‑leading, customer engagement and loyalty business to find a CRM Executive to join their expanding team. With a strong presence across major UK brands and a product suite used by millions, they’re continuing to invest in their CRM function and are looking for someone to support and elevate their multi‑channel marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for building, delivering and optimising CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in‑app messaging, owning everything from briefing and testing through to performance analysis.
  • Working closely with CRM leadership, product and creative teams, you’ll help drive engagement, improve retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • You’ll be able to take ownership of campaigns, contribute to strategy, and continuously optimise journeys through data, segmentation and A/B testing, all while working in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
