I'm working with a market-leading, customer engagement and loyalty business to find a CRM Executive to join their expanding team. With a strong presence across major UK brands and a product suite used by millions, they’re continuing to invest in their CRM function and are looking for someone to support and elevate their multi-channel marketing strategy.
You'll be responsible for building, delivering and optimising CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging, owning everything from briefing and testing through to performance analysis. Working closely with CRM leadership, product and creative teams, you’ll help drive engagement, improve retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.
You'll be able to take ownership of campaigns, contribute to strategy, and continuously optimise journeys through data, segmentation and A/B testing, all while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Huddersfield office and if successful you'll be offered up to £30,000, plus some really great benefits including strong development opportunities, up to 43 days annual leave + opportunity to work from anywhere in the world up to 2 weeks.
