You will be joining a team of 10 to take the lead in investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents. You will take on complex technical investigations across on-premises networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently, accurately documented, and handled with exceptional customer care in line with SLAs.
Experience needed:
- Solid previous experience working within a 2nd line role
- If you hold any certifications this will be an advantage.
