I have partnered with a brilliant Microsoft MSP who are looking to grow their Support team. You will be joining a team of 10 to take the lead in investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents. You will take on complex technical investigations across on-premises networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently, accurately documented, and handled with exceptional customer care in line with SLAs. They have multiple offices in Bristol, Glasgow, Newcastle or London.

Experience needed:

  • Solid previous experience working within a 2nd line role
  • If you hold any certifications this will be an advantage.
